Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Amber Beauty website are valid at the time
of display. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of the
Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%. These prices are
subject to change without notice.
Ordering - online only
Browse through this website and make your product selection by clicking 'Add To
Cart'. By clicking 'My Shopping Cart' you can check / amend your order before
checking out. Once you have finished shopping and adding items to your shopping
cart, click 'Checkout now' to commence our safe and secure ordering process.
Step 1 - If this is your first time shopping
at Amber Beauty, please provide your details as required. If you are an
existing customer, simply enter your e-mail address and password and all your
details will be automatically loaded. Click 'Continue' when you have completed
entering your details correctly.
Step 2 - Select the delivery service you would like us to use for shipping your
order, then click 'Continue' when you have made this selection.
Step 3 - Confirm that your order details are correct, and if so, click 'Continue'.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Amber
Beauty form. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have
confirmed your order and processed your payment. Once we have accepted payment
for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders
that cannot be cancelled (e.g. orders already dispatched) will be subject to
our Returns Policy. Accordingly, delivery charges may not be refundable.
You have 2 options as to how you can make a payment to us for your purchases:
Option 1. Make a credit card payment via Paymate
Paymate undertake security checks on our behalf, and as a result, you should
note that credit card payments are not immediately approved - if you want
something 'yesterday', the best way to pay is via direct deposit (option 2). For more information and specific details of the Paymate fees and countries

Please be aware that you do not need to register as a buyer with Paymate to make a payment through them, unless you choose to.

In all cases, the payment funds need to clear into our bank account before we can ship the goods to you.
Credit card payments via Paymate will be processed in 1-2 business days
(usually next business day), in accordance with Paymate fraud prevention and
payment processing procedures (they may call you), and then take overnight to
clear into our bank account, however, direct debit payments made via Paymate
can take up to 4 business days to clear, which is often much longer than a
direct bank to bank transfer takes.
In the case of direct deposits via
electronic funds transfer, transfers can take up to 3 business days to complete
- depending on your bank - but in most cases it will happen sooner - usually by
the morning of the next business day.

For Australian addresses we offer two options:
Australia Post Express Post.
- The shipping and handling cost is $9.80,
irrespectively to a number of purchased items. This price includes a gift box for each item.
- This option is available for
orders under $200 only.
- No signature required. If no-one is home to sign for
the delivery, then it can be picked up from your local Post Office. Can
deliver to Post Office boxes.
- Is guaranteed next business delivery for cities and towns in the Express Post
network, else delivery is done as soon as possible.
Australia Post Registered Parcel.
- The shipping and handling cost is $9.80,
irrespectively to a number and value of purchased items. This price

- Goods are insured against loss or
damage while in transit.

sign for the delivery, then it can be picked up from your local Post

- The shipping and handling cost is $14.75 to
addresses in Asia/Pacific region and $17.50 for the Rest of the World
addresses, irrespectively to a number and value of purchased items. This
price includes a gift box for each item.
- Goods are fully insured against loss or damage while in transit.

Please note: We are required to attach customs documentation to all international
packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost.
Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country.
These additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by purchaser.
All above shipping charges are per dispatch to the same shipping address.
While we make every effort to deliver within our estimated process and dispatch times, all timeframes are
indicative only. In particular, deliveries outside of major cities and towns
within Australia may take longer than the timeframes above. During times of
peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, but especially Christmas)
there may be slight delays in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra
time for delivery.
We only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform Amber Beauty, if an order does not arrive
or if you believe the contents of your order are incorrect. Once we learn an
order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia
Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please allow up to the
maximum estimated days for delivery. Also note that if an item has been lost in
transit or if you have received an incorrect order, we may not dispatch correct
or replacement items immediately. Items will be dispatched at our discretion.
You agree that when our carrier is satisfied that the order has been delivered,
delivery of the order has taken
place within the terms of the purchase agreement between you and us. Without
limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that
late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not
entitle you to cancel an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or
damage arising from a late delivery nor will we accept liability for any loss
or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Warranty and Return Policy
"Change of mind" returns
For your peace of mind, to shop with confidence, Amber Beauty offers a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions.
To return goods to us, we require you to complete our online "Contact Amber Beauty" form with all details within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. Then we will send you via email a Return Code (RC) and advise you the details of how to return the item(s) to us. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice/receipt and return shipping label. Returns must be send within 5 days of the RC number being issued.
Item(s) can only be accepted for refund or exchange if unmarked, unused, 100% unworn, original condition and packaging. Amber Beauty reserves the right to charge an AUD$10.00 or 15% restocking fee (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return at all if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. The Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges and risk of loss or damage on all return shipments.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Any fees charged by Paymate are not refundable.
We will refund you the appropriate amount in the same manner that you paid us.
Amber Beauty warrants that any product sold by Amber Beauty website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from your invoice/receipt date. If any defects in materials or workmanship in an item we have sold are identified and notified to us within this warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product. Amber Beauty does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.
Our liability under this warranty is subject to Amber Beauty being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to), repair, accidental or malicious damage, or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.
Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt
"Damaged on Arrival" and warranty returns
Please carefully inspect your item(s) on arrival. If for some reason your item(s) arrive in a damaged state, or you believe they have been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us using our online "Contact Amber Beauty" form within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s).
At our option, we will either refund you the appropriate amount in the same manner that you paid us, or exchange the product (subject to product availability) free of delivery charges. You will still be liable for the delivery charge associated with your original order and where we are providing free return delivery it is at our sole discretion what delivery service is chosen.
Amber Beauty will endeavour to process all returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds from the time we have received returned goods and 4 weeks for credit to appear on your bank statements. We cannot refund to a different credit card to the one used when the purchase was made. A customer service representative will endeavour to communicate by e-mail the successful processing of all refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.

TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND CONFORMITY
